Fun Facts:

• A female rabbit is called a doe. A male rabbit is called a buck. A young rabbit is called a kit (or kitten).

• More than half of the world’s rabbits live in North America.

• Rabbits are herbivores (plant eaters) and prefer to munch on weeds, grasses, and clover.

• Their vision covers nearly 360 degrees which allows them to see what's coming from behind them, above them, and from the sides without turning their heads. The trade-off is that rabbits have a small blind spot directly in front of their faces.

• A rabbit’s ears help them stay cool.

• Their length (including tail) can reach 5 feet.
