Our train – Little Bud’s Railroad – is a replica of the 1863 C.P. Huntington train. The original C.P. Huntington was used in the construction of the transcontinental railroad in 1869.
It’s powered by a diesel engine. When diesel is ignited, it gives power to the pistons, which drives a generator creating electricity that moves the train.
Every guest that visits the patch can take a ride on Little Bud’s Railroad!
